1. Are the interior shelves adjustable? What is the weight capacity?

Yes. The interior shelves can be moved up or down to fit items of different heights. You can also remove a shelf when you need more vertical storage space. Each adjustable shelf supports up to 22.5kg. We recommend distributing heavier items evenly. For added safety, please install the included anti-tip kit.

2. How many packages will I receive? When can I expect them to arrive?

This product ships in 2-3 separate packages. For multi-package shipments, you can check the “X of X” label on the front of each shipping box. This shows the total number of packages and the sequence number of each box.In most cases, you will receive all packages within 4–9 days.

3. Is assembly difficult? Do I need to prepare my own tools?

Not at all. The product comes with a clear illustrated assembly guide and the basic tools needed for setup. We also provide an assembly video on our website. Most customers can complete the assembly in about one hour by following the instructions. 4. Do I need to drill holes to install the light strip?

No drilling is required. The product is designed with pre-set light installation areas. Simply attach the included clips to the light strip, then secure the strip in place.

5. Can the lighting be adjusted? Can one remote control the lights on multiple units?

Yes. The light supports adjustable brightness and color temperature, ranging from 2700K warm white to 6500K cool white. You can easily create a cozy home atmosphere or a brighter workspace setting.

One remote can also be paired with up to five light controllers. Once paired, you can adjust the lighting across multiple units with a single press. For detailed pairing instructions, please refer to the included manual or assembly video.

6. I have children and pets at home. Is this product stable? Could it tip over？

The product includes an anti-tip kit. We strongly recommend securing it to the wall, especially in homes with children or pets. When properly installed, the anti-tip kit helps improve stability and reduce the risk of accidental tipping.

7. Can I disassemble and reassemble it if I move?

Yes. The product is designed with connectors that support disassembly and reassembly when needed. We recommend keeping the assembly manual so you can follow the steps again during your move.

8. How long is the warranty?
