What is the anti-collision system and how does it work?

The anti-collision feature is designed to allow the user to use the desk safely. All Vernal desks have a highly sensitive anti-collision feature.

This means that if the desk top encounters an obstacle while being lifted, it immediately moves in the opposite direction for a certain distance and then stops. This prevents damage caused by collisions between the desk and other objects, ensuring the safety of the user and his belongings.

Why is my desk shaking?

Vernal is specialized in developing high quality and stable desks. We have a professional research and development team, so we have full confidence in the quality of our products. If you have a wobbly desk, you can try several things.

You can check if the floor is level. An uneven floor will affect the stability of the desk. Therefore, we recommend that you place the desk on a level surface or twist the black spacers under the desk feet until the desk is balanced.

You can also check if the desk is on a carpet. Carpeting varies in thickness and can deform. Vernal recommends replacing the carpet with a relatively flat and thin carpet or placing the desk on a surface without carpet.

Vernal recommends leaving the wheels on the fixed button to keep the desk stable during normal use.

How to use the memory function?

Setting of memory location 1: Press “lock”and “1” at the same time for 3s. The screen will display the current height in a flashing manner for 3s. The current memory location will be the memory location 1.

In the short pressing mode, if the motor is not at any location of the memory 1, press and release it. The motor will run to the location of the memory 1, and its height will be displayed in real time.

In the long pressing mode, if the motor is not at any location of the memory 1, long-press . The motor will run to the location of the memory 1, and the screen will display the location value of the memory 1.

* Attention:
Memory location is deleted after initialization.
The value of the memory location can be covered.

How to build the desk?

Assembly instructions are included in the package. Please follow the instructions to assemble the product correctly. Alternatively, there is an assembly video on the website that you can download to watch the assembly steps.

If it has been too long since you purchased the desk and the instructions have been lost somewhere. You can also download the electronic instructions on our product page to view.

How can I change my delivery address?

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. You can explain the situation to Vernal Customer Service via email/phone/live chat and provide the new information such as the recipient's name, phone number, email address and address. Please note:

  • Order changes may not be possible after the first hour, as most orders begin shipping from our warehouses within an hour.
  • If the package has already shipped, we will contact the carrier to request an address change, but some carriers do not support this service.

How long is the delivery time?

We offer FREE shipping to mainland UK.Most of our in-stock orders will be shipped to the mainland UK within 3-8 business days.

Will my order be delivered in separate packages?

Due to the size and weight of the product, your order may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure safe and smooth delivery. Most orders will arrive in 1–2 separate shipments. However, due to size, weight, or courier restrictions—some items may need to be delivered separately by a specialized carrier. Rest assured, when parcels are on their way and you will receive updates for each shipment. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

What is pallet delivery, and why is it required?

For heavier orders weighing more than 300 kg and containing more than 6 parcels, pallet shipping may be required for easier handling and consolidated delivery. The courier will contact you by phone prior to delivery. Please monitor your messages for updates. You may also reach out to the logistics provider directly to coordinate the delivery time, if needed.

Can my order be delivered upstairs?

Our standard delivery service includes front-door delivery. By default, couriers do not bring items upstairs.

Why haven’t I received all the packages in my order?

To make sure your order arrives safely and smoothly, most orders arrive in 1–2 separate deliveries. However, due to size, weight, or courier restrictions, some items may need to be delivered separately by a specialized carrier. We truly appreciate your understanding if your items don’t arrive all at once.

Error code

What to do if the handset or rack does not respond?

If the rack or handset of a desk does not respond or is faulty, this can usually be remedied by initializing the settings.

If the initial settings still do not resolve your issue, please contact Vernal Customer Service via email/phone/live chat and include a picture or video of the errors.

System Resetting

Please reset the system by pressing and holding the buttons ∧ and ∨ during the whole resetting operation. The motor will be forcibly reset , and the "SET" or error code will appear on the screen. When the motor reaches its limit, the buzzer will work and the standing desk will rebound for about 5mm. The system will be reset and the screen will display the normal value "60" (Unit: cm, including desktop thickness).

* Attention:

Before using the desk for the first time, the keyboard initialization must be performed.

After the parts of desk legs have been replaced, the keyboard must be initialized.

Initialization should be repeated once after an interruption.

What should I do if the handset goes wrong?

Please follow the instructions to find the solution for the various garbled codes. The problem can usually be solved by following the appropriate instructions. If your problem is still not solved, please contact Vernal customer service by email/phone/live chat and attach a picture or video of the problem.


ES1: The height difffference between right leg and left leg exceeds the set value.
Troubleshooting: Reset forcibly to erase the error code.
HOT:Continuous operation for 4min.
Troubleshooting: Take a 20min break.
EE0: Power failure in operation.
Troubleshooting: Power on this product again and conduct the resetting.
ELA:The ports for lifting legs on the control box are disconnected.
Troubleshooting: reconncet the lines of lifting legs and conduct the resetting operation forcily.
E2A:Overloading.
Troubleshooting: remove the loading and make the loading evenly distributed. And conduct the resetting
operation forcily.
